Can I change my booking?
If you haven’t booked a non-refundable rate (as outlined in our Terms & Conditions), you can change your booking up to 72 hours before your arrival, subject to the rates applicable to the desired date.
What steps should I follow to cancel or change my booking?
With our standard rate, you enjoy ultimate flexibility! Cancel for free up to 72 hours before arrival via the website you booked on or the link in your confirmation email. Prefer to change your booking instead? Contact us, and we’ll be happy to assist, depending on availability for your new dates.
Do I have to pay online for my booking?
Non-refundable en standard bookings require immediate online payment.
Is it possible to book a pod without a credit card?
Yes, you can use iDEAL, Klarna, or a debit or credit card to book your pod.
Your Stay
Do you have towels? What else do I have to bring?
We have it all for a comfortable stay: towels, soap, shampoo and hairdryers. Just be sure to bring your own flip-flops!
Do you serve breakfast or dinner?

Our lounge area features multiple vending machines and a barista-style fully automatic machine stocked with snacks and a variety of warm and cold drinks, ready to satisfy your cravings 24/7.
Credit or cash?
We accept Mastercard, Visa and most debit cards at the hotel. Please note: we don’t take cash! No cash. (Did we mention: no cash?)
Are the hosts available 24/7?
Cabins is staffed 24/7, so you can always find a host at our lounge area.
What do I do with my car?
Public parking is available near the accommodation, no reservation needed! Parking costs just €1.60 per hour, with paid parking in effect Monday to Saturday from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Enjoy free parking on Sundays and public holidays. Please note, current rates and times may change, so double-check for the latest updates during your stay!
I’m under 18, can I stay at Cabins?
Unfortunately, guests under the age of 18 are not allowed to stay in our shared dorms, even if accompanied by an adult.
Are pets allowed?
Can I smoke at Cabins?
No, Cabins is a non-smoking hotel; however, you are welcome to enjoy a cigarette outside.
Our pods
Will the bed already be made when I arrive?
Yes, the bed will be made and ready for you in your pod, with a big soft fluffy towel placed on top.
Do the pods come with a safe?
Each pod includes its own luggage storage, either located underneath or nearby. For additional storage or larger items, you can use one of our limited extra lockers for a small fee.
How many people can stay in one pod?

Each pod is equipped with EU power outlets and USB ports. Stay connected with ultra-fast, free Wi-Fi right from your bed, and personalize your experience with warm, dimmable LED lighting. You’ll also enjoy your own storage space, a coat rack with clothing hooks, and a convenient net for your mobile phone and small personal items.

Bed linen is changed after every fifth day during your stay with us. If you need extra towels, just ask one of our friendly staff members—they’ll be happy to assist you.
