What time can I check in?
How can I check in?
Check in effortlessly with our simple online process. You’ll receive a link by email to complete your online check-in and access your mobile key. Use your mobile key to enter the hotel and sleeping area, and you’re all set for your stay!
What time do I need to check out?
Can I leave my luggage somewhere?
Yes! Please don’t hesitate to ask one of our attentive hosts for assistance. We can hold the luggage for you after check-out or before check-in.
Booking
When is it possible to cancel?
Standard rates can be canceled free of charge up to 72 hours before your arrival. For non-refundable rates, please refer to our Terms & Conditions for all the details. The fine print, but important stuff!
Can I change my booking?
If you haven’t booked a non-refundable rate (as outlined in our Terms & Conditions), you can change your booking up to 72 hours before your arrival, subject to the rates applicable to the desired date.
What steps should I follow to cancel or change my booking?
With our standard rate, you enjoy ultimate flexibility! Cancel for free up to 72 hours before arrival via the website you booked on or the link in your confirmation email. Prefer to change your booking instead? Contact us, and we’ll be happy to assist, depending on availability for your new dates.
Do I have to pay online for my booking?
Non-refundable en standard bookings require immediate online payment.
Is it possible to book a pod without a credit card?
Yes, you can use iDEAL or a debit or credit card to book your pod.
Your Stay
Do you have towels? What else do I have to bring?
Pack light! Soap, shampoo and hairdryers are all included. Need a towel? You can rent one from us for a small fee. Just bring your own flip-flops for the showers and you’re all set!
Do you serve breakfast or dinner?

Our lounge area features multiple vending machines and a barista-style fully automatic machine stocked with snacks and a variety of warm and cold drinks, ready to satisfy your cravings 24/7.
Credit or cash?
We accept Mastercard, Visa and most debit cards at the hotel. Please note: we don’t take cash! No cash. (Did we mention: no cash?)
Are the hosts available 24/7?
Cabins is staffed 24/7, so you can always find a host at our lounge area.
What do I do with my car?
Yes! Public parking is available near Cabins, and no reservation is needed. Parking costs €1.72 per hour and is paid Monday to Saturday from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM and Sunday from 12:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Parking is free on public holidays.
Parking rates and hours may change, so we recommend checking the latest information when you arrive.
I’m under 18, can I stay at Cabins?
Unfortunately, guests under the age of 18 are not allowed to stay in our shared dorms, even if accompanied by an adult.
Are pets allowed?
We love pets, but unfortunately, animals are not allowed at Cabins, so pets cannot stay overnight.
Can I smoke at Cabins?
No, Cabins is a non-smoking hotel; however, you are welcome to enjoy a cigarette outside.
Our pods
Will the bed already be made when I arrive?
Yes, the bed will be made and ready for you in your pod.
Do the pods come with a safe?
We’ve got your bags covered! Each pod comes with its own digitally secured locker, with plenty of room for a medium-sized trolley and a few extras. Bringing a little more? No worries! We also have a limited number of larger lockers and a secure storage room for the rest. Easy!
How many people can stay in one pod?
Each of our pods is designed for one person only.
What other comforts are in the pods?
Each pod is equipped with EU power outlets and USB ports. Stay connected with ultra-fast, free Wi-Fi right from your bed, and personalize your experience with warm, dimmable LED lighting. You’ll also enjoy your own storage space, a coat rack with clothing hooks, and a convenient net for your mobile phone and small personal items.
What size are the mattresses?
Each pod has a bed of 90 cm x 210 cm.
Can I sit upright in a pod?
You should be able to! It’s a lot bigger than you expect.
How frequently will my pod be cleaned?
Fancy a freshen-up? You can request an extra pod cleaning with fresh bed linen on any day of your stay for an additional fee.
Staying with us a little longer? To keep things fresh and comfy, a pod cleaning and linen change is required every 5th day of your stay. A cleaning fee applies.
